Be an Innovator. Not an Imitator.

History is full of innovators...people who saw beyond what box surrounded them and stepped out to dream of something new. It's surprisingly easy to be an innovator, really. All you have to do is take something that's familiar, look at it from a new angle, and then change it into something amazing.

Rather, I should say the theory of being an innovator is surprisingly simple.

Keven Newsome is a child of God, husband, father, and friend, in that order. He’s also a novelist, musician, and sometimes artist. He holds a degree in music from William Carey University and will earn a Master of Arts in Theology, specializing in supernatural theology, from the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary in the spring of 2013. His debut novel Winter was a finalist for the Compton Crook Awards and the Grace Awards.
